1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Inventrra platform, website, or mobile application ("Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Services

Inventrra is a digital aggregation and facilitation platform connecting real estate builders, developers, and brokers. Inventrra:

• Provides listing aggregation and discovery tools
• Enables communication and collaboration
• Facilitates business opportunities

Inventrra does not act as buyer, seller, agent, or legal authority in property transactions unless explicitly contracted.

3. Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally capable of entering contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with RERA and applicable laws

Inventrra reserves the right to verify credentials and approve or reject registrations.

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• All activities conducted under their account
• Ensuring information accuracy

Inventrra may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or false information.

5. Builder Responsibilities

Builders and developers agree to:

• Provide accurate project details
• Ensure regulatory approvals and RERA compliance
• Avoid misleading advertisements
• Honour commitments made to brokers or buyers

6. Broker Responsibilities

Brokers agree to:

• Maintain valid licenses/registrations
• Provide accurate client representation
• Avoid misrepresentation or unauthorized marketing
• Maintain professional conduct

7. Listings & Content

Users grant Inventrra a non-exclusive right to display and promote listings and related content on the Platform for business purposes.

Inventrra reserves the right to remove or modify content that is:

• Misleading
• Illegal
• Non-compliant
• Inappropriate

8. Payments & Fees

Where applicable:

• Subscription or service fees must be paid in advance
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• GST and applicable taxes shall be charged as per Indian law

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, software, and design elements are the exclusive property of Allenza Landbase or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Data Protection

Use of the Platform is subject to the Privacy Policy. Users consent to collection and processing of data for operational and legal purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Inventrra functions solely as an aggregation platform. We shall not be liable for:

• Property disputes or contractual disagreements
• Financial losses or investment decisions
• Delays, approvals, or regulatory issues
• Misrepresentation by users

Users must conduct independent due diligence before entering transactions.

12. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold Inventrra harmless against claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Suspension & Termination

Inventrra may suspend or terminate access without prior notice for:

• Breach of terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Legal non-compliance
• Non-payment of dues

14. Force Majeure

Inventrra shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, network failures, or governmental actions.

15. Amendments

Inventrra reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
